Shipping quotes are calculated using USPS Ground Advantage. We may use alternate carriers with comparable services in some cases (e.g. UPS).
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
Some exclusions apply to our Free Shipping promotion and notifications for excluded items will be shown during the checkout process. These exclusions are normally based on the weight or size of the items purchased and are automatically applied by our order management system. The Free Shipping promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
Yes! During checkout you can select local delivery instead of standard shipping. Local delivery orders are not charged a shipping fee and we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Absolutely. During checkout you can enter a separate shipping address so your order goes directly to a friend or family member. This is a great option when sending a gift!
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Square.
Yes. We use Square for all payment processing and do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your card details are handled entirely within Square's PCI-compliant environment.
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. You can also contact us and we will look it up for you.
Any item that is 35% or more off its regular price is considered a Clearance item. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be noted clearly on the product page.
In some cases, yes. Please contact us with details about what you are looking for and we will let you know if we can help. Please note that special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Yes! On the shipping address screen during checkout you can enter a message to be included as an enclosure card with your order. This is a free service we are happy to provide.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your shipment for unused items in their original packaging. Approval is required for all returns — please email us with your order number to get started.
Note that swimwear, underwear, special orders, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
